    Wow, why wouldn’t you mention Ernie Mills? That seems a bit miserly.

      Thanks for the note.
      Legendary newsman Ernie Mills (1926-2003) certainly deserves recognition, but Encyclopedia entries are limited to media outlets, and individual journalists, be they print or broadcast, are not included. (Joe Monahan and Heath Haussamen have individual entries because people usually refer to them by name when discussing their political blogs.)
      Ernie is a Santa Fe Living Treasure and is listed in Volume II of Don Bullis’s New Mexico: A Biographical Dictionary. If character and contribution were the only criteria, he would appear in the Encyclopedia as well.
